One leaf, and it already does everything people buy an Albo for.
It opened fully fenestrated, with deep cuts reaching in towards the midrib. The variegation runs through it in more than one way at once. A broad cream sector sweeps down the left side, and the rest is marbled, fine streaks of white and pale mint drawn through deep green. Turn it a little and it looks like a different leaf.
This is the exact plant you will receive. Its number, MO-003-009, is printed on the label in the pot, and you can see it in the photos. It has been grown on here in our London studio.
A note on the white sections
The pale parts of a variegated leaf contain no chlorophyll. That tissue is thinner and more fragile than the green, holds water less well, and marks where green would not. On a leaf carrying this much white, a small brown edge or fleck in a cream patch is normal rather than a fault.
It can also appear in transit. A few days in a box or a change in humidity, and the white areas are the first to show it. This is cosmetic. A patch that has browned usually stays as it is, does not change how the plant grows, and new leaves come in fresh.
I pack every plant carefully and only send ones I would be happy to receive myself, but I would rather you knew this before buying.
