We will take pictures of the plants before delivery. If there are any problems with the plants at that stage, we will cancel the order. If there are no problems and the customer likes the plants, we will ship the plants between Monday and Thursday.

Plants are constantly changing.
Unfortunately, we are not involved in any problems that occur during shipping and are not responsible for any pain found upon arrival or problems after arrival.

However, if your plant completely dies within a week of arrival, please contact us within a week and we will refund half of the price or ship another plant. If another plant is not available, we will refund half of the price.
