Shipping Information
BOTANISQ ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We pack every plant by hand and dispatch with care to ensure your plants arrive safely.
Shipping Fees
Standard UK delivery is £5.80, no matter how many plants you order, except for a few oversized plants which may incur additional charges.
Orders over £75 qualify for free shipping.
Dispatch Schedule
To avoid plants sitting in postal warehouses over the weekend, we dispatch orders on:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
If you need your order urgently outside these days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and non-dispatch days).
Photo Confirmation
Within 24 hours of your order, we send you a photo of the exact plant you will receive.
If everything looks good, no reply is needed. If you wish to cancel or the plant is not what you expected, you can request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the plant has not yet been dispatched.
Once the plant has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, the round-trip shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer.
Shipping Method
We normally ship via Royal Mail 48. Larger or more delicate plants may be upgraded to a safer method at our discretion.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Unboxing photos of the plant
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
