Philodendron Florida Beauty care essentials
- Light: Bright, indirect light. Florida Beauty develops its strongest variegation in well-lit spaces. Avoid harsh direct sunlight to prevent leaf burn.
- Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil has dried. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy, as overwatering can damage the roots.
- Humidity: Prefers 60%+ humidity for stable variegation and healthy growth, though it adapts well to normal indoor humidity with good airflow.
- Temperature: Ideal temperature range is 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts, heaters, and sudden temperature swings.
- Soil: Grow in a chunky, well-draining aroid mix containing perlite, bark and moss to support strong roots and prevent soil compaction.
