Monstera Adansonii variegata care essentials
- Light: Bright, indirect light. Adansonii Variegata maintains strong white variegation in well-lit spaces. Avoid direct sun, as the white areas burn easily.
- Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy to prevent root rot.
- Humidity: Prefers 60%+ humidity for healthy growth and stable variegation, but adapts well to normal indoor levels with airflow.
- Temperature: Ideal temperature range is 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts, heaters and sudden temperature changes.
- Soil: Use a well-draining aroid mix with perlite, bark and moss to support strong roots and prevent soil compaction.
